whenever the shop owners feels like it - he/she would
close their shop and take siesta.
You can't be in a hurry when you are in Italy because everything might be closed for the afternoon. |

like is outside dining, and Italy has a lot of that.
I think more cities in the United States should do this. It really makes for a nice, vibrant, atmosphere.
