World Tour - September 2005
(Click on the pictures for a larger view)

September 2005 - Due to weather conditions in Montana and my running out of time before the Horizons Unlimited Rally in Creel, Mexico, I decide to head to San Diego.  I visited my grandmother in New York, drove north into Canada to visit a friend in Toronto, over to Wisconsin to the Harley-Davidson plant, south to Olathe, Kansas, to get my GPS fixed at Garmin International Headquarters and through New Mexico on the Continental Divide Highway - Enjoy the pictures.

An evening in Lake Placid, New York, on my way to my grandmothers.

Crossing into Canada, on my way to Toronto, to visit my friend Candice.

Stopping at BMW Canada Headquarters.

Outside one of the Harley-Davidson Plants located in Wisconsin.  My BMW looks good in front of the Harley-Davidson sign!

Taking the tour of the Harley-Davidson Power Train Plant.

Inside the Harley-Davidson Plant.

While in Lawrence, Kansas (just outside of Olathe, Kansas, where I took my GPS to get fixed), they were having a motorcycle rally/ride to raise money for The March of Dimes.

Garmin International Headquarters in Olathe, Kansas.  I just want to thank them for the prompt service on my GPS.  Thanks guys!

Cadillac Ranch - Amarillo, Texas.  Interesting place - met a nice couple from Wales on tour here in the USA riding Harley-Davidsons.  They were jealous of my BMW.  Hopefully I can meet up with them when I am in Great Britain.

Stopping at the Route 66 National Museum.  This is the 2nd time I dropped by the Museum and the 2nd time it was closed because I arrived after 5:00 pm.

You can see the first visit on my Cross Country USA 2004 ride.

Another Route 66 highway attraction.

My friends as I ride the Continental Divide Highway between Highway 40 and Highway 10 in New Mexico - Cows, cows, and more cows.

Continental Divide Highway, New Mexico.

And for those who believe that all highways are nice neat paved bits of asphalt all over America and the World, here is just a little part of the Continental Divide Highway with highway sign and all.

Some more of the scenery along the Continental Divide Highway.
What is wrong with this picture?
